Services include a range of prevention, wellness, and treatment for common illnesses. Our primary care providers include nurse practitioners, nurses, and medical laboratory technicians. Our professional and friendly staff would love the opportunity to provide you with high-quality care at an affordable price. Services are available for men and women aged 18 and older and are offered on a sliding fee scale (proof of income is required).

Insurance
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and other private insurance clients. For clients without insurance or with insurance that does not cover the cost, fees may be reduced according to a sliding fee scale based on family income and size.
